Successes

 Lightfoot, born in 2007, is loaded with flash and sparkle with his sires socks and blaze. This geldings mane and tail have turned flaxen and his personality has developed with a mix of curiosity and sensitivity. Lightfoot currently tethers, leads on foot or from a four-wheeler and allows all of his feet to be handled. With his height of 15.3 hands , his bone structure and his personality this flashy boy would wow the judges as a dressage mount yet would be equally matched to an all day trail ride or cattle drive. Lightfoot is out of a wild caught curly red roan mare by Bit-O-Wy Mellow. Just beginning her journey as a horsewoman, Laura, is excited to move forward in building her relationship with Lightfoot and we are excited to help her along this path.

Latchs' dam stamped him as her offspring with his white rear socks and thin blaze. He is refined, gentle and alert. Latch's new owner/friend is making tremendous strides in their relationship. Previously without any training experience and limited horse experience in general, Tyler has taken this boy from raw product to their first trip undersaddle into the mountains scouting for Elk. It is fun to watch them both grow together into a bonded, trusting unit who enjoy each other's company.
